1. Misrepresentations to Congress, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1505.
2. Calling the Prosecutors, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512 (c).
3. Witness Tampering, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512 (b).
4. Firing the Attorneys, § 1512 (c).
